INCLUDE project

The INCLUDE project promotes gender equality and inclusiveness in biomedical research by supporting institutional change through intersectional and intersectoral approaches. It works with seven public research organizations and one private institution across Europe to develop and implement Gender Equality Plans (GEPs). The project conducts in-depth analyses of existing GEPs, identifies gaps, and maps good practices to inform inclusive pilot actions. INCLUDE fosters capacity-building through training, mentoring, and collaborative learning, ensuring long-term sustainability by strengthening partnerships and promoting networking through its toolkit, Community of Practice (CoP), and Manifesto.

Miłośnicy gier online często szukają platform z szerokim wyborem slotów i atrakcyjnymi promocjami. Jedną z takich opcji jest kasyno vavada, gdzie gracze mogą sprawdzić dostępne gry, bonusy oraz inne możliwości rozrywki online.

Why is this project important?

Women occupy only 26% of EU university leadership roles1.  In biomedicine, only 33% of senior scientific positions are occupied by women2; in clinical trials, female representation is one woman for every four men3

Gender equality is a key policy focus in European universities and research institutions, yet leadership remains male-dominated.

Moreover, those who aspire to move up the career ladder often face intersectional discrimination based on factors such as ethnicity, functional diversity, age, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

Addressing these challenges is crucial for true inclusivity!
